Welcome to the Superdenim website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read the Privacy section regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. No action should be taken or omitted in reliance of any information or advice placed on this website. Noverre Ltd accepts no liability for any product descriptions or photographic representations.

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Delivery and Payment
We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. We do not accept American Express. All payments are made in a highly secure environment for mutual protection against fraud.

Postage and Packaging Information

Postage and Packing on all UK orders is charged at a standard rate of £5 including insurance. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours via Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day delivery. Magazines generaly go by first class recorded.

Postage and Packing on European orders is charged at a standard rate of £10 including insurance. The EU is a single market ensuring no duty restrictions or costs apply to goods moved between member states.

Postage and Packing on ‘Rest of the world’ orders is charged at a standard rate of £15 including insurance.  Additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the recipient.

Returns

Returning an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition, complete with labels, within 14 days of receipt. . Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. After 14 days store credit will be offered or an exchange.

All items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package the item in a suitable way to avoid any third party damage. The return should be sent within 14 days using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and requires a signature as proof of delivery. Superdenim is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Faulty item
All purchases are checked for any sign of fault before being dispatched. If the item you receive is faulty, please contact customer care immediately quoting your order number, name and address, product details and details of the fault. We will then advise how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Incorrect item
If you do not receive the item that you ordered please contact customer care immediately quoting your order number, name and address and product details for our immediate attention. We will then advise how to proceed with the return.

Cancelling your order
The distance selling rules of the United Kingdom give you the right to cancel any order purchased from superdenim for a full refund. You should inform us of your decision within 7 days via email or in writing. It may be possible to cancel your order prior to dispatch, however it is your financial responsibility to return the ordered goods to us.

The returns policy of superdenim does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy

Superdenim and Noverre Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy. All information will be collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will only collect personal information when you provide it to us on our enquiry form or order form. You can check the information that we have about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies please let us know and we will delete or correct it for you.

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent or pass your email address to other websites unless you agree.

In order to provide the most usable service, we may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This will include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Secure Shopping

In order to provide a secure shopping environment, Superdenim has taken steps to protect our customers and the site from fraud. Our Payment Service Provider partner is industry leader Protx. Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that customer details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

Verfied by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, which use 3D secure technology are the latest fraud prevention initiatives launched by the card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction. If it is the first online payment, it requires you the customer register your card before processing a transaction. Subsequent payments are verified by the entering your PIN number in the pop up box.

Tax Free Shopping

Superdenim offers tax free shopping to customers living outside the European Union. This will remove the 17.5% UK consumer tax (VAT) currently included in the price.

When you proceed to checkout, the site will recognise your IP address as being outside of the EU and will automatically deduct the tax from the price of your purchases. Simply follow the payment process from there and your items will be shipped to you.
