- We welcome you to contact us with any query, no matter how big or small and we will give you best advice we possibly can.
- We aim to reply to all enquiries within the day they are recieved. You can also talk to us instantly using our Live Chat throughout the working day.
- Orders will be shipped the same day where possible, our usual cut off time is 4 pm GMT, as long as the driver is running late we will do our best to get your orders shipped.
- Your order will be packed in quality cardboard packaging, providing the best quality protection for your purchase.
- You will recieve a tracking number from your express shipper or the superdenim team
- Returns will be processed on the day they are received. We will let you know we recieved your item and the action taken.

We have tried to make the delivery of your purchases as efficient as possible and value for money. Orders placed before 4 pm will be shipped on the same day.
Our International DHL options are express courier services and will be with you in around 2 to 3 days. It will require a signature upon arrival and provides full tracking.
Our Royal Mail services represent a lower cost option and offer delivery in around 3 to 7 days depending on country. They offer limited tracking but are insured and require a signature or scan upon delivery.
Import and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer, however we try our best to keep these to a minimum. Outside of Europe customers pay a tax free price, minus the 20% UK VAT contribution.

Orders placed from 1st of December maybe returned to us until 7th of January.
Returning an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition, complete with labels, within 14 days of receipt. . Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. After 14 days store credit will be offered or an exchange.
All items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package the item in a suitable way to avoid any third party damage. The return should be sent within 14 days using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and requires a signature as proof of delivery. Superdenim is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Sale Items
Items bought in our sale are returnable only for exchange or store credit note. No refunds are available for sale items.
Faulty item
All purchases are checked for any sign of fault before being dispatched. If the item you receive is faulty, please contact customer care immediately quoting your order number, name and address, product details and details of the fault. We will then advise how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Incorrect item
If you do not receive the item that you ordered please contact customer care immediately quoting your order number, name and address and product details for our immediate attention. We will then advise how to proceed with the return.
Cancelling your order
The distance selling rules of the United Kingdom give you the right to cancel any order purchased from superdenim for a full refund. You should inform us of your decision within 7 days via email or in writing. It may be possible to cancel your order prior to dispatch, however it is your financial responsibility to return the ordered goods to us.
The returns policy of superdenim does not affect your statutory rights.
Superdenim offers tax free shopping to customers living outside the European Union. This will remove the 20% UK consumer tax (VAT) currently included in the price.
When you proceed to checkout, the site will recognise your IP address as being outside of the EU and will automatically deduct the tax from the price of your purchases. Simply follow the payment process from there and your items will be shipped to you.
