Mt. Rainier Design hail from Seattle during the 1960's and 70's before disappearing as many heritage US brands did during the end of that period. A time hwen the world got fixed on mass production and lost sense of doing things the ol' way. Mt Rainer was borught back to life by Japanese company Seilin and now boasts some of the finest outdoor apparel based upon original designs, materials and workmanship.
